Who can become an Affiliate?
As an affiliate of Mindjet, you will earn 25% for every referral who purchases one of these Mindjet products:
- MindManager 8 for Windows
- MindManager 7 for Mac
- JCVGantt™ Pro 3
The Mindjet Affiliate Program is totally FREE and we handle all the order processing and fulfillment through our network. In addition, you will be provided very detailed online reports so you can monitor every aspect of your success.

How the Program Works
The Mindjet Affiliate Program uses our affiliate network provider, Digital River. You will be provided instructions on how to join the network. Once you are signed up and approved you will have access to banners and other resources to place on your existing website.
The Process
- Signing up online is easy. Just fill out an online form and your application will be reviewed. Once your application is approved, we will email you full instructions on how to get started.
- You will be assigned a specially encoded tracking URL which you will use to promote through your preferred channels; including: uploading the link to your website, using it in email campaigns, and even displaying it on offline materials.
- The activity of visitors can be easily monitored by our system.
- Should users visit the website directly (without entering via your URL) the system will recognize them as your users through cookie-based tracking. The sale will consequently be assigned to you.
Pricing and Commission Structure
You will receive 25% commission of the value of any sales driven or introduced by you. Commission will always be based on the MSRP selling prices.

Reporting and Payment
A Web-based sales reporting system is available for all affiliates.
You will be provided with login details to access the system and generate a basic report for any given time period. The report will display the total number of impressions, click-throughs, sales and the number of licenses sold as result of your activity.
You will be paid on a monthly basis, approximately 30 days following the end of the calendar month for the commissions earned on the licenses sold within that month.
